How do I level up within the club?
Every direct booking you make at our hostels, hotels or apartments counts. The more stays you accumulate, the higher your level will be (Lofter → SuperLofter → MegaLofter) and the more exclusive benefits you'll enjoy.
Do the benefits apply to all The Loft House accommodations?
Yes. All club benefits are valid at the group's locations: hostels, hotels and tourist apartments, subject to availability.
Can I combine club benefits with other promotions or codes?
Some benefits cannot be combined with external promotions. When you book directly, we will indicate which benefits apply in each case.
